This crucial role encompasses a wide array of accounting tasks, from financial statement preparation to compliance and internal audits, supporting our growth and ensuring financial health.

Offering:

• Salary Range: MMK 500,000 - 1,000,000, open for negotiation based on experience and qualifications.
• Application Deadline: April 30, 2024
• Experience Required: A minimum of 5 years in accounting roles, showcasing a breadth of knowledge and expertise.
• Language Skills: Full proficiency in English—reading, writing, speaking, and listening is essential.
• Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Accounting Software, Inventory Planner, and Office 365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
• Produce timely monthly and annual financial reports to aid in decision-making.
• Lead budget preparation and financial forecasting, providing insight for future planning.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Uphold internal controls, conducting audits to guarantee compliance and integrity.
• Develop and refine accounting policies and practices to maintain and strengthen internal frameworks.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering skills and professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and accounting standards and practices.
• Leverage advanced accounting software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field, with CPA or equivalent certification highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in GAAP and a solid understanding of financial principles.
• Exceptional leadership qualities combined with effective communication and organizational skills.
• A commitment to precision, a keen eye for detail, and a high standard of integrity.
