Job Responsibilities

  • Works closely with Admin Team on a daily basic
  • Communicates and maintains good relationship with other department in the company
  • Plans and schedules projects and ensuring timely completion
  • Provides general administrative support including but not limited to: phones, distributing mail, itineraries, agendas and preparing expense reports
  • Organizes and maintain files and records
  • Create meeting agendas, notifications and follow up items
  • Ensures all hard and electronic copy filing of controlled documents are properly filed and archived
  • Preparation and collation of reports
  • Prepare official correspondence, formats correspondences and handles incoming and outgoing visit request preparation, etc.
  • Provides technical support and vendor interface
  • Maintain the security of confidential information
  • Maintains business/customer contact database, corporate files and business plans
  • Communicates with internal and external parties on matters related to admin/ office management activities
  • Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters independently
  • Plans, schedules and arranges meetings with clients
  • Provides assistance to Admin Manager


  • Any Graduate with certificate in office management course or equivalent
  • Age under 35
  • Minimum 3 years in administrative field
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures and practices is a must
  • Excellent command of English both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), E-mail, Internet and Myanmar and English Typing
  • Able to work under pressures
